Just Some Fun Stuff

Oh my Gosh, I started this post a few weeks back and never finished...ooops!

Hello All, I can't believe it's Thanksgiving tomorrow. The year has gone so fast. I love the holidays though so I can't wait. I take my radio iodine capsule on Friday and that should be fairly easy & painless. I'm not worried. Terry is taking the boys to the lake that morning and will be back on Sunday afternoon. I have a list of things to do. I never seem to get it all done but I really enjoy trying.
I took the radio iodine capsule and felt fine all weekend after that. Starting about Monday, my throat was a little tender to the touch but other than that, no problems. I think that has finally subsided as well. I was still very cautious with the boys after they got home though. It definitely makes one nervous to expose them to this stuff.
Our Thanksgiving was spectacular. We stayed home, just the 4 of us. We baked a 12 lb turkey so we could have lunch meat. Terry did the whole thing while me and the boys had a dance party in the basement to old 33's (records). We listened to Andy Gibb, the Bee Gees, Elvis and Wham. Can you believe it?? Anthony LOVES all that stuff thanks to Mommy's influence. It's so fun to be able to play the albums again. The stereo had just been collecting dust for about the last year.
