Halloween & Fall Time Fun

I have never been a big fan of any season other than Summer BUT...I'm starting to like Fall. It's such a delightful time to have kids. In our area there are so many family friendly, outdoor things to do. We planned ahead last Saturday and made sure the boys took good naps. Our nature preserve (I say that like we own it) hosted a Halloween party from 6-10pm. This is the same place we had Anthony's 5th b-day party. I should post a couple of pictures from that too. This was a hauntng experience for all. They had hundred's of jack-o-lanterns with candles burning in them. It was amazing how intricate some of them were. They lined the trails in the nature preserve and created a cool backdrop. All along the trail they had "skits" of various scary stories. Mostly it was just enchanting, not too scary. Anthony was excited to dress up but Albi wanted no part of that.
